How to Take care of Our Eyes

One of the most abused body parts would be our eyes. We abuse it by doing a lot of reading, watching videos and movies without taking into consideration on how we can take care of it. Our eyes bring a lot of help to us so it is just appropriate to start being concerned with our sense of sight.

Here are some ways to help you take care of your eyes:

1. Don’t rub your eyes with your bare hands.

Avoid using your hands to rub your eyes every time that you feel there is dirt in your eyes. Our hands may contain plenty of bacteria that can easily get into our eyes.

2. Don’t read too much in dim lights.

Make sure that there is enough light in the room when you read. If your eyes are stressed when, the more chances that you will have poor eyesight.

3. Avoid reading on moving vehicles.

4. Eat foods that are rich in Vitamin A.

Foods that are rich in this vitamin can help you to have healthy eyesight. Some samples are squash, and carrots
